RE/MAX Realtors have at their finger tips the knowledge and experience to handle the most complex sales. Short Sales are relatively new and complex. A Short sale is when the lender agrees to take less than what is owed on a mortgage.  I have been trained on how to negotiate settlement terms with the Lenders. The Lenders will require added research and paperwork about your property and the local real estate market. I will be gathering the required documents and information from day one, and I will be the contact between the lender & the homeowner. Time is of the essence when trying to stop a foreclosure.
